How Billing Works

Order Confirmation:
Once your order has been submitted, you’ll receive an email with a breakdown of your purchase and confirmation that it was successfully placed.

When You’re Charged:
Most payments are processed immediately at checkout. Certain third-party services, like PayPal or digital wallets, may finalize charges based on their own terms and processing timelines.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For customers placing orders outside of the United States, your local customs office may apply additional duties, taxes, or fees. These charges are not collected by Riven West and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Security & Privacy

Your safety is a priority. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels to protect your personal and financial information.

Riven West does not store your complete card details at any point. All sensitive payment information is handled by our authorized payment processors.

Issues With Payment

If a payment cannot be processed or is rejected by your bank or provider, we’ll reach out via email with instructions on how to proceed. In some cases, you may need to update your information or use an alternative payment method.

If we are unable to verify or resolve the issue after a reasonable timeframe, the order may be held or canceled. No charges will be applied for canceled orders.
