Do you ship to my country?

In most cases, yes. If you're able to complete checkout without errors, that means we can ship to your location. If checkout isn’t allowing your address or you run into any issues, please reach out to us and we’ll assist you.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely. Riven West ships worldwide. Any shipping fees, duties, or taxes required by your country will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package. You’ll be able to monitor updates and see its journey in real time.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery windows are listed below. Please note these timeframes begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

  • United States: 7–10 business days
  • International: 10–14 business days

We aim to ship as quickly as possible, but transit times may be affected by:

How do I return an item?
